The Controller of personal data collected via the WN Logic website (hereinafter referred to as the „Service”) is Wojciech Nurzyński, operating as a non-registered business entity under Polish law, with its registered seat at: ul. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
The Controller exercises due diligence to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the collected data is processed lawfully and collected for specified, lawful purposes.
II. Purpose and Scope of Data Collection
The Controller processes Users’ personal data for the following purposes:
1. Contact and Service Inquiries:
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract).
- Scope of data: Name, surname, email address, phone number, message content.
2. „Virtual Reception” Service Demonstration (Voice AI):
In the event that the User utilises the test function (calling the demonstration number provided on the website):
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (voluntary consent expressed through an active action – initiating a phone call).
- Scope of data: Caller’s phone number, voice recording, conversation transcription, call metadata.
3. Analytics and Statistics:
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller consisting of conducting analyses of User activity).
III. Voice Data Processing and Third-Party Involvement
Due to the specific nature of the services provided by WN Logic (AI-based telephone handling automation), Users’ personal data, in particular voice data during service tests, may be transferred to specialised technology providers.
Recipients of the data may include entities performing services necessary for the system’s operation on behalf of the Controller:
- Telecommunications Service Providers (VoIP): VoIP gateway operators (e.g., SuperVoIP) – for the purpose of establishing the telephone connection.
- Voice AI Technology Providers: Voice processing platforms (e.g., Vapi.ai) and Large Language Model providers (e.g., OpenAI) – for the purpose of speech-to-text transcription and generating voice responses.
- Automation and Notification Service Providers: Integration platforms (e.g., Make.com) and SMS gateways (e.g., SMSAPI) – for the purpose of sending call summaries.
- Office and Cloud Service Providers: E.g., Google (Google Sheets/Workspace) – for the purpose of storing call reports.
Data transferred to entities outside the European Economic Area (e.g., AI technology providers in the USA) is secured through the application of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
IV. Rights of the Data Subject
The User has the right to:
- Access the content of their data.
- Rectify (correct) the data.
- Delete the data („right to be forgotten”).
- Restrict processing.
- Data portability.
- Object to processing.
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
In order to exercise these rights, a message should be sent to the Controller’s email address.
V. Cookies Policy
The WN Logic Service uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored on the user’s side.
Two types of cookies are used:
- Session cookies: Temporary files stored until logging out, leaving the page, or closing the browser.
- Persistent cookies: Stored on the user’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until deleted by the user.
The Controller uses cookies for the following purposes:
